CHS Swim: Need everyone's help with the CHS Holiday Show!

Dear CHS Swim Families,

Practice

Regular practice schedule this week.

Centennial Holiday Show

The Centennial Holiday Show is back and takes place Friday and Saturday November 19 & 20 and is the biggest fundraiser for our school and team each year; plus it's a lot of fun!

We will have a booth that will sell baked goods, such as loaves of bread and pies with all proceeds benefiting the team. We need everyone to participate to help make this a success. Signups are HERE.

Listed are some ways you can help:

  • We need our swimmers to man the table. The school is expecting at least one to two swimmers to represent the table at all times. The perk for junior and senior swimmers is that the hours you volunteer can count for Tennessee Promise and National Honor Society service hours.
  • Parent chaperones to supervise the booth. We have to have at least one chaperone at all times. Your bonus is you get in free and can shop before or after your shift!

  • Donations of baked goods such as loaves of all kinds: pumpkin, gingerbread,
cranberry, lemon, etc. These can be both large and small sizes. If you are short on time, feel free to purchase some yummy pies, bread, or cakes and repackage. Please consider decorating as items with ribbons and that are packaged pretty sell better!

  • This is a great way to help, if you aren't able to help at the swim meets!

2 Options to drop off bread:

1) You can drop off bread at

The Helton's (Forrest Crossing: 512 Hampton Height Lane) or

The Koss' (McKay's Mill) 1704 Players Mill Rd. anytime Thursday.

You can also drop it by Friday before 2 PM.

2) Find Jennifer in the CHS cafeteria between 3 PM and 4 PM on Friday. Cell number is 615-482-1658.

We will email out directions for those volunteers working the booth later next week.
