We have regular practice Monday through Thursday this week, but Friday off.

Also attached are your best times from 11/21 till today. Yellow means you have qualified for regionals in that event green means state. We have one more meet until regionals and if you have not participated in 2 meets yet you MUST swim the next meet or you will not be eligible to swim regionals and states.
