A Note From Coach Camryn:

There will be no practice this week. I will send practices on the groupme that you can do on your own and the following week (dec 27-31) we will have a few.

Dec 27: 12-1

Dec 28: 2:30-3:30

No practice the 29th

Dec 30: 2:30-3:30

No practice the 31

I know a lot of people will be traveling and if you cannot make it to a pool try to get ~30 min of exercise/activity in a day. If you don’t know what to do just ask!! 

We hope everyone enjoys the holidays! We will send out information when we have it on the next swim meet on January 8th. We also have a volunteer opportunity to work basketball concessions on Friday, January 7th from 5-7 pm.
