Hey Region Families!

We are excited for the Regions Meet that will be at Centennial Sportsplex in Nashville on Friday. There will be a Girls Session and then a Boys Session.

Attached is the list of events by swimmer.

There will be more information such as a heat sheet and warm-up times as we get closer to Friday, and we will email that out.

Regions Dinner

For whoever would like to join us we are meeting at Pasta & Cream at 5:30 PM this Thursday before practice for a pre-meet dinner. It is located at 1203 Murfreesboro Road next to Goodwill and behind Barbecutie. Swimmers and families are welcome.
