It's finally here -- Week 1 of CHS Swim! 

First off, please reply to this email with your swimmer's birthdate. We do need that information for insurance and have not needed it before. 

Practice schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6-7 AM

Tuesday and Thursday 7-8 PM

Info From Coach Colin

Hey! I wanted to reach out to everyone and quickly go over the new procedures for high school practices.

You must wear a mask when entering and leaving the facility! You will take your mask off when we begin practice and are hopping in the water.

For our AM practices (M/W/F), you may enter the ISC through the main entrance. You will have your temp taken and let the front desk know that you are attending High School Swim Practice.

For our PM practices (T/Th), you will enter through the set of steel/glass doors on the right of the pool deck (as you are facing the building from the left parking lot). Again you will have your temp taken and you will then go towards the right side of the pool from the entrance to set your bags down under the "William Co HS Practice" area marked with signs. In the evenings, Excel practices will be finishing up so be aware of that. Due to practice overlap, WCPR is asking HS participants to come in no earlier than 10 min before practice begins.

When you come in, you will find a socially distanced marked spot on the bleachers to place your stuff and to get ready to hop in. I would suggest already arriving with suits on, as the locker rooms are limited to 8 total occupants. For our AM practices, Ravenwood will also be utilizing the pool so we will work out a strategy with their team on showering and changing to get ready for in-person school.

I am finalizing the current meet schedule with the other Williamson Co Schools and should have it set-up and sent to families very soon!
