Practice Schedule

Monday is a Power Monday, which means Monday morning practice is at 6:15 AM. No practice on Wednesday due to the meet.

Wednesday - Meet Day

Wear your CHS Swim Apparel to school.

Meet against Brentwood Academy @ Pearl Cohn Wednesday

Warmups are at 5:30 PM

Meet Start at 6 PM

MTHSSA Regions Meet - Friday January 24th

For anyone qualified for the Middle Tennessee High School Swim Association Regions Meet, please sign up in your swimtopia account. At this meet you may choose your two individual events by commenting in the "Notes for Coach" section. Deadline to signup is this Thursday, January 16th!

Plan on this meet lasting the entire school day. We will turn in a list of names to the attendance office of those that will miss and it will count as an excused absence. Each swimmer needs to check with their teachers, since they will be out. This meet will be held at Centennial Sportsplex in Nashville.

Regions Dinner

Please let us know if you are interested in hosting or helping with the Regions Dinner on Thursday, January 23rd.

Tops Times

The Top Times Spreadsheet is attached and updated. This shows how close each swimmer is to making either a regional or state time standard as well as who has achieved those. Please look this over for your swimmer, and if you notice a discrepancy, let us know. Times for high school swimmers have to be achieved in this current season.

Basketball Concessions

Thank you to all that helped last Friday night in the concessions stand! We will receive $150 toward our general budget and also helped the Cougar Athletic Club towards scholarships and other athletic needs of our school. We have another opportunity to help CHS and CHS swim on Friday, January 31st. We are in need of 3 parents to work the second shift from 7 -9 PM. Please sign up to help us in the swimtopia account.
