Changes to this week's Practice Schedule:

Reminder that tomorrow is NOT a Power Monday which means that practice is early - 5:15 - 6:45 AM. Also, no practice Friday morning due to the meet Friday.

Wear your CHS Swim Apparel Friday to school!

Swim Meets:

• Friday, November 8th warmup is 4:15 PM with the meet beginning at 4:45 PM at the Vandy Rec Center versus Father Ryan and CPA. The address is 2700 Children's Way, Nashville, TN 37212. There is a parking lot next to the rec center. 
• Saturday, November 9th is the Father Ryan Relay Meet at Centennial Sportsplex with warmups being at 11:30 AM. The address is 222 25th Ave. N, Nashville, TN 37203.

Also, we have team and family dinners after both of these meets. All info and RSVP is also on the signup calendar.

Centennial Holiday Show - Save The Date

The Centennial Holiday Show which takes place on November 23 & 24 is the biggest fundraiser for our school and team each year, plus it's a lot of fun! We will have a booth that will sell loaves of bread with all proceeds benefiting the team. We need everyone to participate to help make this a success. Signups are coming soon. Here are some ways you can help:

• We will need swimmers to man the table. The perk for junior and senior swimmers is that the hours you volunteer can count for Tennessee Promise and National Honor Society service hours.
• Parent chaperones to supervise the booth. We have to have at least one chaperone at all times. Your bonus is you get in free and can shop before or after your shift!
• Donations of loaves of all kinds: pumpkin, gingerbread, cranberry, lemon, etc
• This is a great way to help, if you aren't able to help at the swim meets!
