Dear CHS Swim Families,

Just a reminder that today is the day! Deadline to register, pay, order apparel for the team store HERE, plus the homecoming trailer decorating party!

Here are the details:

1) Attached is the permission form. We need all forms turned
into Jennifer Helton by this Monday evening for anyone that wants to be in the
parade. If you don't turn in the form, you cannot be in the parade per school
policy.

2) Decorating Party and Pizza: This Sunday, September 22nd from 4:30 - 6:30 PM come to the Dismukes' house to help decorate the float and eat pizza. Their
address is 100 Niblick Court, Franklin 37064 - in Sullivan Farms neighborhood.

Please bring $5 to help cover pizza. We have poster board and supplies to decorate. Our theme this year is fishing, so feel free to bring any decorations to help build the float.

3) Registration through swimtopia, payment, and apparel orders through the team store are also all due today. Feel free to bring cash or check to the Dismukes house today.
