Letter Jacket order
Hey everyone!
They just sent this email out last night, so this is a very quick turn-around. Anyone that has swam for CHS for one full season has earned their letter in swimming and is eligible to order a letter jacket. There is a male and female swimmer option on the order form in the below pdf links.
If anyone has any questions on the jackets, please reach out to Lara listed in the below email info.

Hello CHS Varsity Athletes,
Letter Jackets are available to order!! These jackets make a great gift and they will be delivered before the holidays!!
If your Varsity Athlete is interested in a Letter Jacket, please complete one of the attached order forms below and get it back to me on or before Tuesday, October 24th, by the end of the day. You can drop your order by the school, please address envelope to QB Club Attn: Lara Hunsberger or I will be at the football games - whatever works best for you. Unfortunately, no late orders can be accepted.
I will be outside of the Main Gym on Monday October 15th, at 2:45pm if you want to try on jackets for sizing purposes. I have to turn the samples in right after the fitting, so this will be the only day I will have them.
